Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage DBM/BC laying works at the project site
- Independently handle day-to-day site operations
- Operate and coordinate Hot Mix Plant activities
- Supervise manpower
- machinery
- materials and work execution
- Ensure proper laying
- compaction and finishing of bituminous works
- Coordinate with engineers
- contractors and site teams
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Maintain daily site progress and report operational issues
